Knowing is Half the Prattle.

Here's one for the medical journals.

I think I might have this.

Genital retraction syndrome (GRS), generally considered a culture-specific syndrome, is a condition in which an individual is overcome with the belief that his/her external genitals or also, in females, breasts, are retracting into the body, shrinking, or in some male cases, may be imminently removed or disappear. A penis panic is a mass hysteria event or panic where males in a population suddenly exhibit symptoms of genital retraction syndrome.

Penis panics have occurred around the world, most notably in Africa and Asia. Local beliefs in many instances assert that such syndromes are often fatal.

Smooth Refreshing Kabbalah

Ah, what better way to start off a Midrash session on Shabat then with a tall glass of Kabbalah. Unfortunately it isn't even kosher. A Shonda! (found at Gristedes on Broadway)

Ouch Bubble Gum

Ouch, the only bubble gum made from fiber glass insulation. MMMmmmm ..... Ouch. It just hurts so good. (Found at Barzini's on Broadway)

Drawing of the Week (CIA Phone Call)

OK so here's another old drawing of the week. Another one from the cartoon that I will never make. If you are captured, the secretary will disavow any knowlege of you.

Fruit and Vegetable Wash

Where I come from we used to call this water. I guess maybe this is more "Earth Friendly". (Found at Barzini's on Broadway)

Geek Farm at Wild Spirits in NYC 02/10/06

Geek Farm Takes the Stage!!!

And the Crowd Goes Wild!!!!

OK, to be fair there were eventually about 40 people who were watching us who trickled in during the set.

More photos from that show at the Rospigroup website.

Terrible Tuber Trauma!

A giant radish is making the Japanese evening news headlines after it was rushed into intensive care in an agricultural research centre.

We're going to need some salad dressing, stat!

A sad day for the radishes. The Radishes were not available for comment.

Drawing of the Week (Electric Brain)

OK so this isn't one of my best. But I actually haven't drawn anything in a couple of weeks. I'm scraping from the bottom of the barrel here people.

Elana's first time going down a slide by herself!

This isn't one of those big life altering events, but she had alot of fun.

Yeah, I know seeing this over and over is annoying, but you thought it was cool the first time you saw it. You can't deny that.

Spelt Incorrectly

This is one of those things that bothers me. I think it should be s-p-e-l-l-e-d. Maybe the guy who discovered it didn't know how to spell.

This is also one of those cases where just because people have never heard of it before they think it's healthy for you. If they wrote on the box "a sub species of wheat" it just wouldn't have the same cache'. People are morons. It's like eating carob. Ooh Carob! I never heard of that and it looks like chocolate it must be healthier for you!
